Marathon Success

We want to say a huge congratulations to Laura Evans from Evans Transport, Paul Ives from Lenham Storage and Dan Belcher-Hackett from Magnus Group who all completed the London Marathon this year. It takes sheer grit, determination and extremely hard work to train and complete the London Marathon. Furthermore, the amount of effort each of these competitors put into raising money and awareness for their chosen charities is phenomenal and as a result Laura, Paul and Dan have all raised a fantastic amount of money for three different charities.

Laura Evans completed the Marathon in 5.44 hours and raised an incredible £11500 for Breast Cancer Care. Paul Ives completed the marathon in just over 7 hours and raised a remarkable £1200 for Parkinsons in the process. Last, but not least, Dan finished the marathon in 5.04 hours and raised an exceptional £1700 for Chernobyl Children’s Life Line.
