Hicks Logistics is one of the largest logistics companies operating in Wales and the South West. Based in a state of the art complex in Caldicot, South Wales, Hicks Logistics run a varied fleet of over 90 vehicles nationwide. We are a family owned and run company which has been successfully operating since 1978.

Hicks Logistics is an award winning business which is capable of looking after all of your storage, transport and distribution needs. In 2013 we successfully expanded into new 20,000 ft2 warehousing facilities and began to offer storage facilities with dry loading. We increased this expansion in 2014 when we acquired a further 30,000 ft2 of warehousing. We are now pleased to provide a range of services including container devan, pick and pack and nationwide distribution from our extensive facility.

The Company operate a wide range of vehicles across two different fleets. Our General Haulage fleet of vehicles include every size ranging from 7.5 tonne rigids right up to 44 tonne artic vehicles. We also offer Hiab and Moffett deliveries for those who need assistance with unloading.
We can deliver anything from a single pallet right up to full loads and we are members of TPN pallet network enabling us to offer very competitive rates on next day delivery services. The second fleet comprise a selection of low loader trailers and beavertail rigids and specialise in the delivery of plant machinery and powered access equipment across the UK.

The Company’s Managing Director, Mr Terry Hicks, with nearly 40 years’ experience, carries on the family tradition in road haulage which Mr Bill Hicks, Terry’s father, started in the early 1950’s.

Now Joined by his two sons in the business, Simon and Richard, the company has seen continuous growth over the last decade and now operates a fleet of vehicles throughout the UK and Europe.
